How to Apply?


BEST program of complementary education is one of the oldest and most important projects of our organisation aimed to broaden horizons of European students in the fields of technology and other areas that can contribute to the personal development of every individual involved.

All the academic courses are FREE of charge for students from Technical University Sofia. If there is a fee mentioned it do NOT apply for you.


In order to apply for a course, there are a few steps that you have to follow:

  1. Who can apply?

    Only the students from Technical University Sofia can apply!!!

  1. A student can apply to:
    • a maximum of 3 BEST Courses or/and Engineering Competitions;
    • a maximum of 3 Leisure Events or Event on Education.
  1. A student can attend:
    • a maximum of 3 BEST Courses or/and Engineering Competitions during your period of studies;
    • a maximum of 2 BEST Courses or/and Engineering Competitions on summer seasons
  1. An application consists of:
    • An application form with general personal information of the participant.
    • A motivation letter.
    • A list of studies appropriate for the event.
    • An essay demonstrating the applicant's knowledge in the field of the course (if necessary).
  1. What do I have to do?
    1. Go to the BEST application system.
    2. Enter your email address and your password.
      • If you do not have an account, register here.
    3. Then contact us at Sofia@BEST.eu.org and ask to validate your account.
    4. Enter the application to the BEST application system.
    5. Read the Never Alone Guide
    6. Pay the deposit if you were accepted to one of the courses.
    7. Arrange everything for your travel to the course.
    8. Participate in the event (actively following the program prepared by the organisers).
    9. Pay the fee if there is any.
    10. Evaluate the course on BEST application system (after participating in it).
